MADDIE FUGATE, PA-C

Maddie Fugate went to the University of Central Missouri for her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences with an emphasis in Community Health. She received her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Wichita State University.

Maddie loves helping motivate patients to achieve their goals for recovery.  She is also passionate about providing excellent patient education.

Maddie’s interest in orthopedics started when she was playing volleyball at UCM. Being a high-level athlete, she and her teammates sustained many injuries and from there saw the value of quality orthopedic care.  She continued to gain experience in orthopedics and grew an interest in caring for individuals of all ages and activity levels. Maddie loves being a Physician Associate in orthopedics because she is able to work towards helping people improve both their physical and mental health by getting them back to doing what they enjoy.  “I was attracted to Sano Orthopedics because of their strive for excellence and patient-centered approach.”

Maddie works alongside Dr. Cullen in clinic and surgery.

Sano Orthopedics Advanced Practice Providers have experience in treating orthopedic injuries and pain.  They are typically paired with one of our orthopedic surgeons to help manage consistency of care. They work either in clinic and/or surgery to provide quality care for our patients.
