PAY YOUR BILL
We offer easy ways to pay your bill or statement.
STATEMENT CODE
Using the statement code texted or mailed to you, log onto Healow Pay to pay your statement balance.
PAY NOW
If you need to pay your outstanding balance and do not have your statement code, you can pay via check or credit card on our website. Use this option to also pay for medical records, FMLA, or other forms.
PATIENT PORTAL
Log into your patient portal to view your statement and pay on the portal. Send us a text if you need login information.
CALL US
Call our billing team to make a payment over the phone. 816-525-2840, option 3. You can also text us at 816-551-2339 for any billing questions and we can send you a link via text to pay.

SELF PAY
Sano Orthopedics also offers self-pay reduced cash rates to patients due at the time of service.
INSURANCE AND PAYMENT PLANS
We accept a wide range of insurance plans. We also accept many out-of-state plans with authorization from the plan. Our facility partners occasionally have different payer networks, so we consider this when scheduling.
