Welcoming New Faces and Expertise
New Pain Management Service Line with Dr. Morgan Gonder and Dr. Nick Donohue
This year, we established a Pain Management Service line by welcoming two new doctors, Dr. Morgan Gonder and Dr. Nick Donohue. Their expertise enhances our ability to address the complex needs of patients experiencing chronic pain, ensuring a comprehensive and compassionate approach to care.
Vascular and Vein: Expanding Outside of Musculoskeletal Care
A significant highlight of our growth in 2023 is the introduction of the Vascular and Vein Service Line, led by Dr. Rick Coats. Recognizing our approach would benefit our community outside of orthopedics, we introduced Vascular and Vein, allowing us to address a broader spectrum of patient needs. Dr. Coats sees patients in Lee’s Summit office and will expand locations and his team in 2024.

Intero Wellness: A New Dimension in Medical Fitness
Prevention and wellness is the forgotten but important half of the lifecycle of health, which we refer to as the Sano Circle. We are excited to support a medical fitness partner—Intero Wellness. This innovative approach combines medical expertise with fitness, promoting overall health and preventive care. Intero Wellness co-locates with Sano at our Overland Park office.
Expanding Our Medical Team: Dr. Comrie & Dr. Bryan Beutel
We were thrilled to introduce Dr. Rob Comrie this fall, an orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult joint reconstruction. Dr. Bryan Beutel, hand surgeon, also joined Sano this year. These additions further strengthens our ability to provide high-quality care across various medical specialties.
We have announced the addition of Dr. Jack Swab and Dr. Dustin Woyski joining Sano in January of 2024.
State-of-the-Art Office in Overland Park
Our growth extends to our physical presence. Our state-of-the-art office in Overland Park signifies our dedication to creating an environment that aligns with our vision for cutting-edge healthcare. This new building opened in November, providing a much needed larger and optimal environment for treating our patients.
In addition to Overland Park, we expanded our Lee’s Summit facility, adding more patient rooms, x-rays, and clinic workstations. We announced the opening of our new office in Parkville, MO, in January 2024. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to have a more market-wide presence in KC, made possible with this new Parkville office.
