New Name. Same Caring Team.
It’s true. We have a new name. One that we’re excited about because it connects with our deeper purpose. Originally a Latin word, Sano means healthy, wholesome, intact. That’s our desire here, to bring you back to wholeness, to restore the parts of you that need healing. Come back and see us, it’s the same caring team. Just with a new, purposeful name on the door.

Dr. Matt Daggett, orthopedic surgeon and founder of Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine said, “Our focus has been and will continue to be about providing the highest level of care through the most innovative techniques. We are passionate about outcomes and delivering individualized and authentic orthopedic care that leads to healing and wellness. Our new name better reflects this.”
We are still a private practice with two offices, one in Overland Park, KS and one in Lee’s Summit, MO. Our new name goes into effect in April 2019, but it will take several months to transition to the name.

Given our additional practice focus on injury prevention, research and education, our ultimate goal at Sano is to create a healthier village, thus the name is a perfect fit for the mission of our practice.”
