Missed orthopedic appointments may be charged a $50 “no show” fee. This fee will be posted to your account. Extensive or excessive tardiness may result in discharge from the practice.

Patient Surveys and PROMs
Your feedback is important to us. We use your feedback to improve and to know what you liked about your experience with us. Occasionally, we will send you surveys about your visit and we appreciate your response.
For surgical patients, we will send you surveys to collect data on your recovery. These are called “Patient Reported Outcome Measures” and they tell us how your injury and recovery is affecting your life. Your answers to standardized questions allow us to discuss your recovery in terms that are important to you.
