Patient Surveys and PROMs
Your feedback is important to us. We use your feedback to improve and to know what you liked about your experience with us. Occasionally, we will send you surveys about your visit and we appreciate your response.
For surgical patients, we will send you surveys to collect data on your recovery. These are called “Patient Reported Outcome Measures” and they tell us how your injury and recovery is affecting your life. Your answers to standardized questions allow us to discuss your recovery in terms that are important to you.

"Dr. Alex Palmer is great!! He gives you the chance to talk and he listens. He explained every part of my procedure in a manner that I could understand and had no problem explaining it again, if I didn't. He's an all out nice Dr.and cares for his patients. Had my second procedure with him this week and it went as well as my first. He's a breathe of fresh air."
