Anterior Cruciate Ligament Ganglion Cyst Treated Under Computed Tomography-Guided Aspiration in a Professional Soccer Player

Cysts of the ACL occur quite commonly and don’t always require surgery. If conservative treatment fails, surgery is an option. In this athlete, aspiration of the cyst was performed by a radiologist which allowed for a quite prompt return to play.
